Procure resources necessary for long-term sustainability.
We are currently working to ensure the Foundation’s success and longevity by establishing and building endowment funding for our organization, establishing a signature annual fundraising event, developing an alumni network, endowments, legacies, and bequests through our partnership with the Greater Green Valley Community Fund.
Provide educational and professional grants for teachers.
We have been providing Mini-Grants of $500 for the past few years. Teachers have used the money to fund listening centers, purchase manipulatives, and educational online programs, among other things.
Procure and administer endowments for post-secondary education.
Since inception, SEEF has awarded more than $35,000 dollars to more than 30 graduating seniors to help in their pursuit of higher education ($31,000 since 2012).
Mini Grants for National Board Certification.
SEEF is excited to announce that we are now gifting grants to teachers interested in pursuing their National Board Certification. This is an exciting process to help teachers become better at their craft. But many teachers need help to finance this endeavor. That is where SEEF comes in to help support our teachers to become better educators.
